All U.S. orders are shipped domestically to avoid cross-border complications.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within three business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders received after 12:00 PM (local time) may be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We offer several shipping options, including standard, express, and overnight services. The shipping carrier is selected based on destination, package weight, and size.
We partner with reputable carriers such as UPS, Purolator, and Loomis to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Canada Post is temporarily unavailable until a permanent labour agreement is reached.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Timeframes
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout, but these are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the following cases:
• If a product is unwanted or returned (see our Return Policy for details).
• If a carrier does not meet its estimated delivery timeframe. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, transit times are beyond our control, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
• If a delay occurs due to weather conditions, labour disputes, or other operational factors.
We will assist with tracking, carrier follow-ups, or replacement arrangements if a shipment is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond a reasonable period.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number and instructions will be provided by email. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website using this tracking number.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. International shipments may also be subject to customs clearance, which can cause delays beyond estimated delivery times.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout, including apartment numbers or business names.
We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for stolen items once the carrier confirms delivery to your door or mailbox.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please notify us within three days of receipt. We will require photographs or a written description of the issue to begin the claims process. Confirmation from the carrier that the item was lost may also be required.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter promptly and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

We ship across Canada. To provide accurate delivery times and rates, our service areas are organized into four general zones based on carrier coverage.
Zone 1 – Atlantic Provinces
New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Zone 2 – Central Canada
Quebec, Ontario
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
Zone 3 – Prairie Provinces
Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta
Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days
Zone 4 – Western and Northern Regions
British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on remoteness and carrier availability.
Carriers and Shipping Options

Due to service interruptions and rate fluctuations, Canada Post is temporarily unavailable until a permanent labour agreement is reached.
Rural and Remote Deliveries
In certain remote or hard-to-reach areas, carriers may not complete final-mile delivery. In such cases, your package may be held at the nearest carrier depot or access point for pickup. You will be notified directly by the carrier if this applies to your shipment.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (AST) are typically shipped the same business day.
