    ELMER BERNARD

Elmer Bernard, was a former member of the Canadian Armed Forces and is now currently the founder and CEO of SIBO Clinic Canada. He established Sibo Clinic Canada as a diagnostic center focused on identifying SIBO, a prevalent underlying factor in various health concerns affecting today's population.

With a profound dedication to health and nutrition spanning over two decades, Elmer's expertise lies particularly in the intricate realm of the microbiome. He holds numerous certifications in Functional Medicine and SIBO analysis, demonstrating a wealth of experience and proficiency in interpreting breath test results with precision.

Elmer's journey into the world of Sibo was triggered by personal adversity. A passionate outdoor enthusiast and weight trainer he was confronted with debilitating digestive ailments approximately 8 years ago. Frustrated by the lack of accessible solutions and support, Elmer embarked on a quest for answers, which led him to the pervasive issue of prolonged wait times for SIBO testing, often extending beyond a year.

Driven by a conviction that such delays were intolerable, Elmer made the pivotal decision to transition into the sibo testing world to dedicate his energies toward alleviating the plight of fellow Sibo sufferers. Thus, Sibo Clinic Canada was born, offering expedited and meticulous analysis of test results alongside unwavering support and guidance to clients as well as a diverse selection of gut-targeted products, expertly crafted to aid in restoring digestive balance.

Through the clinic, Elmer facilitates not only the diagnosis of Sibo but also serves as an invaluable pillar of support, guiding clients towards tailored treatment protocols aimed at symptom alleviation and holistic health restoration.

Having triumphed over his own battle with Sibo, Elmer now empowers others to navigate similar challenges, serving not only as a premier testing facility but also as an indispensable beacon of support and encouragement on their journey towards improved health and well-being.

Sandy specializes in SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) and other gut issues, hormonal imbalances, and methylation processes. He is also known for his informative YouTube channels, "B12 Deficiency Uncovered" and "DOC SIBO," where he shares valuable insights and information on these health topics.

Sandy created and designed a remarkable resource tool known as the SIBO Mind Map, the only one of its kind. It is a comprehensive resource that contains over 2,000 peer-reviewed published papers about SIBO, bringing everything there is to know about SIBO into one place.

In addition to the SIBO Mind Map, Sandy is the creator of the world's only interactive Methylation Map. Methylation is a critical biochemical process in your body that involves adding a "methyl group" to various molecules, controlling gene expression, DNA repair, detoxification, and more. Sandy's Methylation Map helps people understand and explore this complex process, making it easier to grasp and manage.

Functional Medicine Consulting is like being a health detective, always looking for the missing pieces of the puzzle. Sandy believes in treating the whole person who has the disease, not the disease that the person has. Functional Medicine is all about understanding your unique body chemistry and how your cells work. Your body needs the right nutrients to function at its best. If you miss even one essential nutrient, like B12, your body won't balance, leading to health issues. Medical diagnoses like depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, and asthma don't tell us about these nutrient imbalances.

Sandy believes in empowering individuals to take control of their health and well-being by addressing the underlying causes of their health challenges. He strives to educate and support clients on their journey to optimal health.
