  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. After 30 days returns are not accepted.

  • Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining a proof of shipment for your records.
  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by our company.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund using the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by our company.
  • If the return is approved, we will refund back to your original payment method.
  1. Exchanges:
  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please contact our customer support team to request an exchange authorization.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • The customer is responsible for any price difference between the original and exchanged items, as well as any applicable shipping costs.
